Health Insurance
Priority Pay offers an HMO plan to employees who live in NJ, NY, or CT. For all employees, a PPO plan is offered.
Dental Insurance
Priority Pay offers both a DMO and PPO plan to all employees.
401k
The 401k plan that Priority Pay offers has a wide array of funds to select from, but for an easier enrollment process, there are package options that relate directly to how aggressive or conservative you wish to be with your retirement savings. A full description of each fund can be provided, or the simple 4 page enrollment with pre-selected fund packages. Online access to your 401k account is also available.
FSA: Flexible Spending Account
Priority Pay provides an FSA option for all employees, as well as Transit plans(see below). This is a tax free deduction which can be used for co-pays, doctor visits which are not covered, dental work, prescriptions, over the counter medicine, etc.
Transit: On-Site & Off-Site Parking, Transit Fees
The transit plan is another tax free deduction option which can be used to pay transit and parking fees for travel to and from work. Information and application will be provided immediately upon hire.
Aflac: Voluntary Insurance Program
For coverage above and beyond regular health insurance, with our partnership with Aflac, Priority Pay offers a few specific voluntary insurance options including a Personal Disability Income Protector, Personal Accident Indemnity Plan, Personal Cancer Indemnity Plan, and Hospital Confinement Indemnity Plan. All options are very affordable and information is available upon request.
